THE PROBLEM
Data from previous marketing campaigns, combined with recent healthcare regulation
changes, revealed a timely opportunity to launch targeted digital and print ads ahead
of the healthcare open enrollment season.
However, because open enrollment has fixed,
immovable deadlines, the window to develop and launch the full campaign was extremely
limited.
All deliverables including concepting, design, review, compliance approval,
and handoff, needed to be completed within seven days, leaving no room for delays,
misalignment, or inefficient workflows.

THE SOLUTION
To meet this accelerated timeline, I quickly built a fully structured Asana project
from the ground up, creating an organized workflow within hours of receiving the
request.
I outlined a precise list of deliverables, established custom workflows, and
set realistic yet aggressive deadlines aligned with the design team’s typical capacity
and turnaround times. I also coordinated guest access for our external marketing
agency, ensuring seamless collaboration and clear task ownership.
Throughout the week,
I facilitated ongoing alignment across design, compliance, sales, and agency
partners, keeping approvals and handoffs moving without interruption.

THE RESULTS
Despite the exceptionally tight seven-day deadline, the structured project enabled
smooth cross-functional coordination and on-time delivery of more than 20 digital and
print advertisements.
The streamlined workflow ensured rapid design cycles, timely
compliance reviews, and frictionless collaboration with our marketing agency for
deployment. The result was a highly efficient, fast-turnaround project that brought a
time-sensitive campaign to market without sacrificing quality or accuracy.
